So guys, I'm just wondering.
What News Years resolution did you make this year, and have you been able to accomplish it yet?
Myself, I only had two resolutions.
First was to get into a university nearby.
The second one was to move out of my mother's house and try to become more independant.
The first one's been completed. I just got a letter from the university stating I've been approved admission and I'll be getting $5600 a semester in aid. :D
-
I don't make resolutions because I find if I say them, I jinx them.
-
Ditto.
-
Tritto.
-
....never mind then.
I am happy I'm finally succeeding in college though.
-
I resolve to be more violent.
-
I resolve to be more violent.
Violence only causes violence only causes violence always causes violence. That's why I'm not keen to murdering meat factory workes or animal-testing lab workers.
-
im pretty sure i made resolutions for new year...but i was drunk and now i dont remember them :-/
-
Hilarious.
-
no, im serious here. i got kinda mad cause i knew they were good resolutions too. but for some reaosn they have totally been erased from my mind

Perhaps one was to quit drinking so your liver might live as long as you.
-
no WAY! i would have never ever done that to my precious liver
-
yup, in 10 years you'll be Pig Liver Faye.
-
no, in 10 years i will be signing papers for my 2nd liver transplant, thank you

a pig liver
-
whichever can resist more alcohol
-
A bionic liver! We can rebuild it. We have the technology.

Duct-taping a toilet paper tube, two defunct microphones, and a faux fur scarf together in a humorous manner does not make technology.

where is the waiting list for that so i can sign in?
btw, i just remembered one of the resolutions i made: dont spend too much money in food.
-
That should be easy. You probably have people lining up around the block to pay for you.
-
really, i spend SO MUCH MONEY on food, i eat like a freaking pig yo!
-
My whole year has kind of sucked so far for a number of reasons.
I haven't failed yet.
-
I'm gonna be doing pre-Calc by May.
-
No more Jessica. She's physically abusive.
-
But how will you know if you're loved without beatings? I learned that one from my aunt.
-
It's only love if it's mutual. Go to a fetish place & buy your aunt a cat o' nine tails and a garter belt so she can surprise her man.
-
Personally I'd rather buy her some cyanide to surprise her man, but I don't see her going for it.
-
No seriously. Bitch just starts beating on me randomly sometimes.
-
Maybe you caught fire and she's saving your life.
-
Hmm. Excellent theory. Then again, maybe it's just that shut up.
-
*HISSSS* :gwynn:
-
*patches Nuri to keep her from deflating further*
-
It's an issue taht's no treally dealt with in the public forum. Women who beat the crap out of thier men. My mom used to throw things at my dad all the time and all he'd ever do was just spit on her.
 My dad rocks.

My ex was very proud of dating a stripper for a while after our divorce & sent me her web page. Turns out one of her act specialities was trampling; i.e., putting on spike-heeled shoes & walking on prone guys. She was also so generally skanky that she grossed out his ex-Marine best friend, who kept in touch with me. He wouldn't go into details, but I think it had something to do with piss.
-
my ex bf used to hook up(like 2 years before we met) with a university student who was a stripper. if i had founded out about this before starting dating, i would have NEEEEVER dated him
-
I remember my aunt and uncle fighting. He threw a plate at her and almost hit me. The bastard.
-
I remember my mother beating on the swinging door between the breakfast room & dining room until it broke because my sister & I were arguing during dinner. It was a heavy solid-wood door, and she splintered it up near the top hinge. After we got over the sheer terror of the moment, we were pretty impressed.
