even within this shell I still retain some divinity.  I am more akin to the first born and require little rest. 

And lembas bread helps.

It's from Lord of the Rings. It is the bread made by the Elves that Frodo and Sam take with them when they go to Mordor. It is suppose to be like super bread or something.
