But they're fuckin' huge!  And they were latching to my arms and my neck.  And when I'd squish them, all of their AIDS blood would pop out like a seriel killer's tiny water-balloon!

Do you guys have to do that year round down there?

I haven't mowed in weeks, and before that I wasn't even mowing grass, I was mostly just obliterating fallen leaves.

Nope.  This is the first time in a long time where I went out to mow the lawn and things came out to feast on me.  As in years.  Well, over two houses ago.  I think the season, temperature, and humidity aligned or something.

This.  Sorry if I can't be sympathetic that you still have bugs because your weather is nice even though it's cold as fuck over here.

No, it's too hot and dry for the grass to keep growing unless you water it and you can't because there's restrictions anyway.

I haven't seen a mosquito in a long time here...and even if I had, blood sucking bugs seem to leave me alone for some reason. I guess cause I'm so bitter.

Actually, I haven't seen many in Dallas in awhile.

Maybe it's because we have so little water that they only breed at the rivers and lakes now.

We're still cutting grass in MS, but there's this wonderful invention call Off insect repellent that does pretty good.

The mosquitoes this year were huge. I saw one giant one about an inch long.

They're eating you. And then, they're going to eat me....
