As of patch 4.3.1 it's Shape>Size>Feel

Shape scales the best and you don't need anymore size once you hit the soft cap.

I'm of the "all you need is a handful" school of thought.  I generally think fake boobs are excessive and unnecessary.

Trannies are of course exempt from this statement as they have no alternative.
