The whole Astonishing X-Men run was embarassing, and this is coming from a Cyclops fan. The writing and plot were awful and did nothing but bring Colossus back to life from a noble and honorable death. Now, he does nothing but whine about Kitty and hit things with his metal skin. Blech. It's not like Kitty was being used for anything before they killed her off, either.

It was awful. Colossus died in a noble way, the only way to cure the virus that only killed mutants which also killed his 8 year old sister, was to sacrifice a mutant life to release the antibodies. He sacrificed himself after he had been nothing but muscle since 1985. So, what did they do?

Ehm theres something called "SIDE EFFECTS", and there are a lot of those that come with that vaccine. that's why I didn't get it done.
Also, why would I pay for "scar treatment"? Even if the insurance covered it, I wouldn't let them do that to my daughter. My sister got some scar treatment done when she got her tattoo erased and she told me it hurt a lot. So no.

Yes I have insurance but is the japanese one,which covers only the japanese schedule of vaccines. If we would have chosen this one she would have had to start from zero. But since we were almost done with her american vaccination schedule (after many, many injections and cries) I felt bad making her start again, so we just went for it. The american schedule has more vaccinations anyway. If we would have stayed in the US for 3 more months we would have gotten these for free :'(
