They went back to his condo, where Green, 27, assaulted her, she charges. He then got "extremely agitated and threatening," according to court documents, and warned: "This never happened. You'd better not tell."

In the local case, Mavilia says she was dehumanized after being arrested for trespassing in a Manhattan housing complex on Oct. 30, 2008.

A female cop twice demanded she take off her bra and panties and then peered at her genitals, according to court papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court.

"It's a girl!" the cop is claimed to have yelled.

At Manhattan Central Booking, a correction officer ordered Mavilia to strip yet again and put her in a cell with a man.

"You're not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman," the officer allegedly mocked. "I can see your plastic surgery."

Mavilia declined to comment on both cases Wednesday night. Green could not be reached.

I'm seriously picturing this cop as five years old.  Maybe she had other "indicators" that prevented her from passing for the officer, but I can't imagine her plastic surgery was one of them.

Voice, bone structure, mannerisms/behaviors, taller than average height and build.  The plastic surgery is supposed to help someone pass as the other physical sex, a finer nose or shaved brow or fake boobs shouldn't be a redlight that a woman is a man.  My understanding of bottom surgery is that it's pretty passable.  Not to mention the millions of women that get carved up by surgeon's scapels.  We can see their surgery, too, but we still know they're women.  You don't look at a transwoman and go "Oh shit, look at those plastic titties.  That's a guy."  That's just stupid.  It's all context, my good fellow.  Context.

Last week I was reading a Mad Magazine anthology, and one of their comics had Therapist in the title, but thanks to the font it looked like it said TheRapist. So I've been going around saying "You can't spell therapist without Rapist."
