Title: Happy Birthday, Phagey!
Post by: B E C K on Jan 08, 2010, 01:03:29 PM
Wherever you be.   :-[

Also happy birthday to David Bowie, Bob Eubanks, Little Anthony, Boris Vallejo, Mike Reno of Loverboy, Yu-gi-oh creator Kazuki Takahashi, Green Ambler Benson, Spiros Livathinos, John McTiernan, and that bastard Larry Storch.  Soupy Sales counts but Elvis doesn't count because he's dead and not Michael Jackson.  His stillborn brother didn't even make any music, so he doesn't count either.  Screw R. Kelly, Sarah Polley, and Sean Paul.

:happybirthday:

Maybe, like Faye, he will hear your powerful psychic call and come back.

You really should be using those powers for good.

I'll try the dolphin call next.  Then my favorite, the monkey screech.

I used no negative words. To each his own.

Maybe Phagey and Toe found love with each other.

I wish someone had recorded that.

The other day at Target I saw a Sponge Bob that would be ideal...

How do you pronounce Phagey?

Is it like British cigarettes or is it like phases of the moon?

It came from "macrophage" or something, so I suppose "faye-gee".

I totally forgot I made the post about the dolphin episode ITT.
Phage is probably somewhere, changing his sexual orientation again to whatever fits him for the moment

Duuude, why would you say that?  He's gay, right?  All gay people don't just pop out and immediately default to gay.  Not in this heteronormative-dominant society.

Get her a dog.  It's almost the same but with less college.

Fraid we're beyond that, ever since my sister gave birth a few months ago she has baby on the brain.
Hell I hardly see her these days anymore, she spends most evenings at my sisters and when she gets back all she can talk about is babies.

And it's not that I don't like kids, I do. But only as long as they belong to other people.

Sounds like you're going to have a baby to me.

That dog thing has a time limit too. It is more a prolonging tactic then a permanent fix. Few years down the road you'll be have this conversation again.

BTW, "Phage" rhymes with "cage". Some people say it where it rhymes with "mirage", but that's not correct.

Sounds like it's time to add another dog.  Until you have 50 dogs.  And by then, all the eggs would have died.  Because of old.

But then you'd have to take care of 50 dogs...I'd take 50 cats over 50 dogs any day of the week. I currently have 1 dog and 7 cats....the 7 cats are still less work then then 1 dog.

I just said dog since most people are dog people.  But you could replace "dog" with just about any animal depending on the required level cuddly-ness.

One of my best friends got mad at me once cause i reminded her that dogs only live till like 14 years or so. Had to give her a dose of reality, she was freaking crazy about taking care of them. Everytime I would dogsit them she would leave me a damn schedule for them, since the time they woke up till they went to sleep, AND whenever i leave i had to leave the tv turned on animal channel.

And you ignored the schedule completely, right?

Actual dogs can take care of themselves. If they can't, they are no longer dogs. They have become some sort of fleshling fuzzy plaything that shits on stuff. It should be embarrassed to live and be mercifully allowed to die.

Depending on the dog, it could've even been shorter than that.

My German shepherd is 6, but they typically start having health problems between then and 8. Then its a crapshoot. Which is a shame. She's the sweetest natured dog I've ever had.
