Title: Pygmy tariser
Post by: Merla on Nov 20, 2008, 03:26:33 PM

I can't decide if this little guy is:

a) very cute
b) scary looking
c) an alien from another world
d) a creation from the Weta Workshop

The little critter is known as a pygmy tariser.  I thought he was some type of marsupial but it turns out that tarisers are primates!  These fascinating creatures were once thought to be extinct.

As long as they don't masturbate all over the place I want one.

Well if you do get one, just make sure to follow the three rules:

1. Never let them get near bright light, especially sunlight. It will kill them.
2. Never let them have water
3. and most important of all, never feed them after midnight.

I found it hilarious when Merla said they rediscovered them when one was found dead in someone's trap.  I would've thought the person who found it would have been all "oh shit" and thrown the body into a furnace.

Rama's like a walking 80s dictionary.

Well that would denote an ability to spell. More like an encyclopedia. I do normally win when I play Trivial Pursuit: Totally 80s edition.

I've never made any claims of being able to spell well. I feel bad for any editor that has to look over my work.

And I've been getting better...not good, but better.

Some improvement > none.  And at least you want to improve.  There's lots of people that just don't care.  And I want to punch them in the face.

I've noticed he's had almost no spelling errors lately. He's losing his powers.

Or gaining it by leeching it off others. But you didn't hear that from me.

Having spent this last Semester as Editor-in-Chief for the college paper....
I have to say Rama is one of the bestest best spellers I've seen in the last semester!

The greetest even!

...he said with "distain".

Actually used.  In a paper for class.  Spelled just like that.  When nothing was even said in any disdain.  Proof that a thesaurus can be a dangerous weapon.
