There are 1 or fewer people with my name in the U.S.A. :raiseeyebrow:
-
Same with Kary.
-
There are 34 of me.
-
HA!
There are 33 people in the U.S. named Derrick Lang.
-
48 of me?!
Well their lives are gonna be that much more interesting when I become famous.
-
Pfft, 177. Fucking common-ass name.
-
Only 2 of me. =)
-
4,607
-
Pssht, statistically there should only be one of me, but I know for a fact there's at least three. Me, some older guy in Seattle, and another dude out in the D.C. area.
-
Less than one for me, but I expected as much.
-
176
-
24.

And the crime spree begins. At least we know how Doug got apprehended so quickly before.
-
Hey, pedophelia is legal... if you don't get caught.

I was searching for the source of my last name online, since someone once told me I'm Scottish in origin. So far I've found a Lawyer in Hawaii, a systems engineer in Ohio, a doctor in California, and a couple in Colorado who all share my last name. I've found out that most people with my last name hail from the northern states, primarily the midwest and north east. I also found out that at least 11 people with my last name fought in teh Civil War for the North.
Edit: and someone in Arizona, 24, who likes anime, and a network tech in Houston. And someone wrote a book about my last name....
And if you search for your name using the search engine at the bottom of this site (http://names.mongabay.com/), it will tell you how many people have your surname according to the 2000 US census.
******** ranks # 82691 in terms of the most common surnames in the United States for 2000.
****** had 212 occurences in the 2000 Census, according the U.S. government records.
Edit2: According to ancestry.com, my last name is actually an English version of a German name... sigh... *burns his kilt* :(

Bueno Excellente is one or less. Awesome.
I'm lovin' it like Mickey D's.
-
I don't even have to look at that webpage to know I'm the only one with my name in this country :) and my first name is not that popular either ( at least the Italian version isn't )
-
Maybe not in Philly. Little Italies are different.
-
in philly its called south philly
darn i hate their accents
-
The Baltimore accent is even more annoying.
-
If I have to make my list of most annoying accents, it'd go like this:
1) Tennessee. Makes me want to rip my ear drums off
2) Staten Island / Brooklyn.
3) South Philly
-
Have you heard a Baltimore accent? It's worse than all of those.
-
link to YouTube video ?

For any of you ladies who want a less common name, "Helbling" is the 22185th most common name in the U.S. :nerd:
-
I was trying to convince Merla the other day that "Mel Helbling" had a great ring to it.
-
Somehow I doubt I'd be getting an invite to that wedding.
-
Statistically the 542nd most popular last name.
-
3607th for me.
-
What accent are these people speaking with?
"What was this? A wet sticky spot on my bed. I had to hide da evidence."
