Title: Netflix fails again!

Last week I had a dvd take almost a week to be mailed to me, and I receieved an email saying it was being shipped from Houston. No big deal I thought.

But what's really bugging me was that I sent in both my DVDs at the end of last week, which means I should have gotten both this week by now. My Queue shows only one dvd being sent out, and this whole week it's been saying that it's being sent out on Tuesday (two days ago). The other dvd says it's been recieved, but no dvd is being sent out to replace it.

And the website says they're having some "technical issues".

No shit.

What, did some bored /b/tard decide to hack the system or something?

No, they had technical issues.  They also said something about a credit for those affected, so quit your crying.

Before Netflix had their massive fail, I had just found out I'd be getting the final DVD of one series, after having 3 disks of the next series sent (and there was a small cliffhanger in the previous dvd of that series), and having a massive cliffhanger in the other series as well... so I've waited over a week to satisfy my curiosity.
