After having a little bit of my own GTA experience this weekend (my car was apparently too shitty to carjack), I wonder about everyone's complaints that this game series is too violent. This one that's coming out tonight is supposed to be even worse than the other ones.
But I think it's just dependant on who plays the game. Some can play it and be fine, while others are stupid and easily influenced by external influences (like gangs).
Kids should never play it though. Teens.. maybe. Parents need to be parents and restrict their children.

Mario Kart will be better, methinks.
-
They should just give Mario a 9mm and a hooker so we can have the best of both worlds.
-
...I would buy it.
-
"Hey It's a me Mario! Why don't you shudaup bitch and suck my dick? YAHOOOO!!!!"
-
YOSHI! GET IN THE FUCKIN ESCALADE!
-
Apparently the game goes one step beyond the car bouncing when you pick up a hooker. You get an actual hand/blowjob and/or sex, with animation and sound effects for all of them.
Also, rape.
-
Afterwards, you can kill the hooker and get your money back plus the money from her other tricks. Cha-ching!

MARIO KART IS COMING ON WII??!??!?!? NO FUCKING WAY. Omg maybe I should get a WII now
-
Everyone needs it so we can all play online.
-
Hell yeah!!!!!!
The Wii supports 56K dial up right?
-
Nope. Spend a few bucks and get a better connection.
-
It's not about the money. They don't offer it in my area. I'd have to move to get faster internet.
-
are you serious?
For some reason I can get verizon internet but can't get verizon cable(in my area in chinatown, why, i don't know, i live in center city damnit!), so I have to get the shitty as dish network.
-
are you serious?
Yes I am. I live in area that they don't deem profitable to run the service. IE: Not enough people would sign up to offset the cost of adding the area to the networks. Pretty much around here its city centers only. Even if you live in the suburbs of a city you don't have high speed Internet and I don't even live there.
-
I've seen cottage towns with only 150 in population have at least cable.
What the hell.
-
I'm in the same boat as Rama, except that they just ran fiber optic near enough to offer DSL in the future. Until they make it available, though, I'll keep plinking right along with my 24.6kbps connection.

Yes but where were those cottage towns?
-
Outside of a bit bigger town (15,000) in a boonie-ish part of Canada.
-
That's Canada. They probably offer universal high speed internet along with their universal healthcare.
-
My grandma's dinky town of 1500 gets DSL and cable.
-
Try 450. That's right...that the poulation of the town I live in. 450 fucking people. Nearist town with High Speed...15 miles.
-
Your town don't take kindly to that fancy quick internet. It's the work of the Devil!
OH BTW: I want Mario Kart sooooo bad! My Wii is not complete without one.
-
I need a Wii. I am only half a being without one. Also, this (http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbcg4ap.html).
-
I don't live in a town. I have to drive 30 miles before I get to anything like a town.
-
I've turned my Wii on less than 5 times since finishing Twilight Princess when I first got the thing.
It's so very dusty!
-
I gre up about 10 miles from the nearest populated area, and that was a town of maybe 2k people
-
I has Mario Kart now!! The game is so awesome, and I like the WFC capabilities. I beat some Japanese kids in a race earlier.
-
Mario Galaxy, which I bought at launch, had been sitting on my shelf waiting paitently for several months until I finally got a Wii to play it on last week. SO I need to give that game some quality time before I go and buy more.
-
...I would buy it.
Me, too.
