She said it's been going on for years, so why wait till now to sue? She did it on purpose because she knew she could get away from it.

Maybe she didn't have enough evidence to make an accusation? Maybe she had to make a choice between her self respect for a while and never working in broadcasting again? Between a right-wing brown-noser like O'Rielly and a skirt in production, who's going to come out ahead without some hard cold facts to slap on the table?

That's what I was thinking. If you're working in your dream profession, I can imagine you'd take a lot of crap if you felt doing otherwise would jeopardize your entire career.
