Otherwise known as "got the cats their shots day". Tokio was a little monster this year. Lots of kitty-screams, hissing, peeing, and general rage. Merla says some lady standing behind her in line called Toki a "demon". :( She's not a demon, just misunderstood. She makes me sad because she cries (like person-crying) with these tears in her eyes. There were lots of dogs there today, and I blame them. Now that they have shots I can get their licenses. To kill. :rawr:

Who's Tokio????
-
Tokio is her kitty. It peed? That's not cool. Next time keep her in a pillow case so she can't see the dogs. That's what we used to do anyway.
-
That would only make her panic more. The smell and the sound gets to her, too. She's extremely sensitive and tempermental. She's funny because she'll want to scratch the shit out of you one minute and then want you to pet her the next. She's like cat-me.
And this is Tokio, Faye:

"MMMM. WARM LAUNDRY... I'M SO HAPPY..."
-
What was scary was the time when she was all "WARM DRYER.... I'M SO HAPPY." :joe:

Cat piss is pretty vile stuff. My parents' cat ruined half a dozen books of mine by pissing on them.
-
I picture a cat going through your room, pulling a book off of the shelf, opening it, peeing on it, and then repeating. My last batch of cats were a bit into the whole marking of territory thing. Ew. The ones we have now thankfully keep their piss inside the litter box.
-
dogs > cats
Except when it comes to cartoons and catgirls.
-
All of my cats were outside cats, and they died a lot. I was told they ran away, but I learned the gruesome truth later. We had one inside cat. He was given to us by my martial arts teacher. My mom made him live outside as well. He was a black cat and he died in battle against a feral black cat. I hated that feral cat for a long time but I think he got one of our other cats pregnant and then he started hanging around. I eventually stopped hating him because he was the father of the kittens. I think he ended up getting owned by one of the kittens later and it was then that I started to regard my backyard as some sort cat-feudal japan.

cats > dogs
I like dogs, but they're generally too needy for my tastes. Don't cling to me, woman.
-
Oh yeah, and I just think cats are cuter.
-
There are kittens on animal planet right now.
-
To be truthful, I don't love either. But I like my German shepherd...Molly's a real sweetheart, plus she looks like she can take somebody's arm off if it suits her. I like having a man-eating dog in appearance only: her means of killing would probably be licking someone to death. The only way she'd attack you at this point would be to tie a opossum around your neck.
Cats...I can take or leave. But I would only have one at a time. The thing my brother's married to is a cat person, and because of this and her being to cheap to spay, they have around a half-dozen running around at this stage.

What a fuck-headed story.

Breeder! I assume they live out in the country like you. There's usually programs for city folk. That's how we got mine fixed.
-
Fix your animals, IDE! and while you are at it yourself!
-
No way! If we had fixed them then they wouldn't be able to carry on their dynasties. Generation after generation striving for powet. The main branch of the clan falling to an outlying house. It was fucking epic! Like having your own meerkat manor.

What the hell is goin on in this thread?
Im leaving. Call me back when there's some sex not involving Rama and a cantaloupe.

You might say that they live "in town" (of around 2500 people), but it has no animal population control agencies or whatever...not even a pound or a dogcatcher. It's like living in the country but with cable, sewer, and gas services and neighbors closer by.

Nuh-uh.

Hey! Don't judge me. I can't help who or what I like to have sex with. I was born that way!
