Narragansett police said the trouble began Wednesday night at Troyer's home, where an altercation broke out between Troyer, Frederick Tedeschi and Michael Long. Police said Tedeschi and Long may have assaulted Troyer with a bottle.

Tedeschi and Long went back to the boat. Police said Troyer showed up some time later and cut through a bathroom door with a chain saw, striking Tedeschi in the forearm.

As police arrived, Troyer allegedly brandished a dagger and made threatening statements against Tedeschi and Long. An officer drew her gun and ordered Troyer to drop the knife, which he did.

Long was charged with simple assault for the alleged fight at Troyer's home. Police said Tedeschi could also face a simple assault charge.

I wish. I like how he mauled someone with a chainsaw, and got a simple assault charge.
