Pixellated twilight princess.

Tis the season for Spambots. Of course, that seems to be every season so far.
-
Word must have got around that I can flip my tongue completely upside down. Those are the kinda skills that just impress people.
-
Good GOD Adam! What's that monstrosity in your avatar?!
Jeez! I second that!
What skills?!? Dumbest thing I have read this morning.
-
What? You don't have any skills Merla?
-
She has mad library skills.
-
Sorry, my bad: Skillz.
-
Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.
-
People be gettin' rolled up in there library.
-
Well they should know better then to move in on The "Dewy Mob's" territory.
-
A "dewy mob"? If that doesn't refer to the homeless people who like to sleep in there or the various campus perverts, then you lost me. They don't use Dewey Decimal there.
-
They don't? What kinda half assed fly by night Library does she work at?
-
theres a library that doesnt use dewy?
Someone alert the dragon!
-
I'm picturing this library set up on a folding table, between an asian guy selling "authentic" Nike shoes for ten bucks and a man with a table full of videos including "One night in Paris" and R. Kelly's Golden Showers video.

So close yet so very very very very far away. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_of_Co..._Classification (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_of_Congress_Classification)

Damn goverment trying to destroy Dewy's legacy.
Sounds like a pretty vague system, that might actually make it harder to find what you are looking for rather than easier.

Most Academic Libraries along with law, health, and special libraries use LCC. Dewey is used primarily in school and public libraries. LCC is designed to give more detailed description of location (the break down of the call number) of the material because DDC does not include all potential subjects. To do so would require and infinite number of classes.
Main Classes of LCC
A= General work
B= Philosophy
C= Auxiliary Sciences of history
D= Old world history
etc....
H is the social sciences.
Examples of Expanding to subdivision.
HV6085 = general works on the language of criminals
HV6089= Prison psychology
HV6093= general works on intellectual and aesthetic characteristics of criminals
HV6097= Prison literature, wall inscriptions
It expands futher into decimal points more numbers.

HV5831.17 K27 E58 1998
HV6178.235 H48 Q69 1991
I made these up don't try to actually look for them.
I don't fully understand if all, we only touch lightly upon it in TS class. I don't take cataloging until the summer.

I really don't think you have to worry.

FIU uses that system.

Bwah! You got her started!
-
Well I didn't know that she was going to come in here bash the mystery brick with her head, grab the flower and start throwing nerd fireballs at everyone. I'm sorry. You can hit me if you want.
-
*WHACK*
-
Ouch...
Man you moved up to picking up two dogs or something?
-
Well when he was a lad he ate four dozen eggs every morning to help him get large. Now that he's grown he eats five dozen eggs so he's roughly the size of barge.
-
That's exaggerating!
-
Are you sure that's not you? So you're not "especially good at expectorating"?
-
And he killed him a bear...when he was only three!
-
That's not part of the song. Shut-up.
-
I like my song better!
-
I kinda like the idea I killed a bear when I was three.
-
Damn Skippy. E...King of the Wild Frontier!
-
DUUUN...DUN...DA DUN!!!
-
But Gaston didn't kill a bear when he was three!
-
He didn't die in the Alamo either...the pussy.
-
Fuck an Alamo. You have any idea how small that thing is!? Or that it's butted up right next to the mall?
-
Actually no...I have no idea how small it is. I've never seen it. I'd like too, but as of yet have not.
Now if you say "Do you have any idea how big the Arch is is?" I can yes...it's fricken huge!
-
Firstly, every picture has the surrounding city cropped or cut out of the shot. The things not even three stories tall by my estimation and not very wide either. I couldn't find of shot of the Alamo and the buildings next to it, but this is an aerial shot of downtown to give you an idea. If this picture extended another inch or so, somewhere below the 1 would be the Alamo. 2 is Rivercenter Mall (or more specifically, the Dillards). And that round friendly corner marked by 3 is where all the people with bells and kettles hang out to ambush you and try to get money out of you.
-
I'm a little suprised they didn't try to preseve more of the site. Even back in the day it was important location and they just sort of bulldozed everything but the church.
Pretty city though.
-
Note the orange wacky scuplture (above the 2) that doesn't quite fit in.
-
What's that circular thing that has like a flower painted on top?
-
Note the orange wacky scuplture (above the 2) that doesn't quite fit in.
Yeah, what is that?
-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:SA_Torc..._Friendship.JPG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:SA_Torch_of_Friendship.JPG)
And I don't know what the flower thing is. One tiny map looks like it has it as "La Villita Assembly Hall", but I couldn't find anything to confirm this.
-
A torch of friendship? GAY!
-
Yeah, it might as well be penis, cuz that's what it looks like.
-
Your penis curls and loops like that? And that's not painful?
-
There really need to put a warning on Paper Shredders to not stick your penis in there...that and Paperclips.
-
Why did I picture a penis as a paperclip holder, why?
-
Years of medication and a twisted mind?
-
That might explain that other mental image I got when Merla mentioned seeing something online about someone having a crush on Sebastian the crab.
-
Any mention of "crab" is always a slippery slope with mental images.
-
Well I wasn't thinking of pubic crabs or weird sexual positions, but nice try.
-
And where is my gold star for trying? Hmmmmmmm?
-
In my pants. Wanna look for it?
-
And how!
:: Gets his snorkel. ::
-
And where is my gold star for trying? Hmmmmmmm?
I don't give gold stars for effort, I give them for results!
-
You....BITCH!
-
Starless loser!
-
MMMM...Your sass is always the best.
-
Shut-up, little man.
-
:: collects it, purifies it, grinds it to powder, and sniffs it. ::
That's good soup!
