Do you intentionally throw a hundred little crumbs into the bottom of the box? It almost seems like you have to layer it 'Crumbs, fries, puppies, fish, okay all there, here ya go, with extra crumbs, yum!'
/end rant.
-
*has never eaten at a LJS*
-
I had asked my sis about that a while back. I believe she said they add the crumbs for packing. Some people even enjoy dinning on crumbs. Nuri told me that one time the family drove up and ordered 4 boxes of crumbs and 4 waters. <_<
-
I like eating the crumbs, too, actually. It's just odd, it seems messy.
-
Mix 'em with the tartar sauce & a little vinegar for extra flavor. :)
-
I've eaten as LJS maybe twice.
I hate seafood.
-
i dont think we have that restaurant here in philly. is it like a red lobster?
-
Long John Silvers is the Burger King of seafood! :D
-
only...less flame-broiled
-
And more lard broiled
-
lazy buzzards! I catch and fry my own fish!! That's what's called being a real MAN.
-
With hooks? You use hooks? That's disgusting! Be humane, catch them with a big net and throw them into a processor!
-

It's the poor man's Red Lobster. A lot of the food is notoriously greasy, too.
Yeah, we're suppose to put the krums (official spelling) on the bottom for looks and for packing. We don't always do that through, especially when we're in a hurry. I put a lot when I'm trying to get rid of them and people ask for them all the freakin' time. So yeah, anyway I need a new job. Tonight sucked. The one idiot cook has some sort of vendetta against me and is getting on my last nerve and the bitch cooks dropped a bunch of those fucking krums on the floor (my floor, the one I was about to mop) and did a shitty job cleaning them, so I was stuck there cleaning their mess. Fucking job, fucking management, fucking cooks.
-
krums of what?
-
yeah what she said.
-
Krums of Krumfish, I assume.
-
That or just plain old scrotum scratches
-
I could describe food preparation at Red Lobster, but you likely wouldn't be able to comprehend it at all.
-
hmmmm red lobster....
-
That's right. You can taste it already. :D
-
Never had Red Lobster.
-
imagine good restaurant food but not as good. that's what red lobster food tastes like. and you get cheese and garlic biscuits.

I prefer real places. There's this great place in Miami near the Sunset mall called Fox's Sherron Inn. It's like something outta good fellas (Cuz it existed then too) and serves up a mean steak. 16 bucks for a fillet minion, with soup and salad!
-
Personally I love Irish pubs, cheap, but good & solid food, and you never have to leave your barstool for it.
-
I don't remember the last really good restaurant I ate at.
Maybe it was this Italian place in Galena, IL.
-
I keep on thinking Nuri works at KFC, not LJS. Switch chicken for seafood and I'd get it.
It doesn't help that we have no LJS around here anymore.

krums of what?
Essentially the left-over batter from the fish. You know when you dip something in batter and fry it and you get little pieces of cooked batter...?
Joe's Crab Shack is pretty good. Don't know how spread they are though...

Rumble has the right idea. B)

Fuck yeah, there's a great one with a kareoke set-up right next to the laundromat where my roomate closes the safe and shit for his dad. I always make him take me with so that I can sing over there and drink and eat Po'Boys.

No, those are beaks and claws.

High in calcium and protien!

So, Nuri. I was just at a Taco Bell / Long John Silvers (the first in the DFW metroplex, apparently). They had a bell. It said, "The Captains Bell" and underneath, "Ring the bell if we did well" or something equally rhyming-in-a-sickening-way. So, what do the employees have to do when the bell is rung?
-
Say "Thank you".
-
So you don't break out into "Ring My Bell" by Anita Ward? Oh...well that's a little disappointing, that is.
-
That would've been funny, especially if we have a dance routine to go with it. But most of those people were potheads anyway.
-
That's it? I would feel totally cheated.
-
Hey, you got to ring the bell. That should be enough for you!
-
I did not ring the bell, and I sure as hell won't do it now. If you're not willing and ready to do a song and dance with the option for romance then you have not done such a good job, then, have you? Hmmmah?
-
Romance would be pushing it in expectations, for a fish place.
-
Expectations is the name of the cashier.

Expectations is the name of the cashier.
And my name is Romance.
-
Expectations is a guy.
-
HA HA...GAY!
-
I fail it
My skill is not enough
See you next time
Bye bye
-
They had that at Wells Fargo bank for a while. Somebody would always let their kid dingding it to the point of everyone in line having infanticide fantasies.
-
But who doesn't have those?
