I liked the Star Gate incorporations of their roleplays... but alas, I've done no better. I had a duel with a Super Saiyan Sith. Sure, I won, but at what cost? AT WHAT COST!?

I don't really care. But I do think that people that buy little plastic toys that transform into cars and animals an such, or guys that watch anime and read magna all the time shouldn't be so quick to throw geek stones at other people.
But I'm not going to come in here and say "Oh god I was so lame back then! I wish I had never done that. Yuck, what was I thinking?" It was a good start for me. I probably wouldn't be working my ass off now trying to get my pitch out by Christmas, if I hadn’t done that. I mean I spend two or three days a week in the library doing research, another two-three actually writing and then rest of my free time I'm either working on other projects(I've got a children's book series, a more "Sci-Fi" Sci-Fi book, and a collection of short ghost stories as well as the 9 books in the series I'm currently working on) or trying to establish a look for things. I've even been in talks with a local artist to do some paintings to help sell the thing. And I hopefully by this time next year I'll have a publisher...and I wouldn't be doing any of this if I hadn't done that right there. It's hokey...I know, and I don’t do it anymore. But I won't knock it either.

And if I was going to torture someone....I wouldn't sing, but I would have music playing. Maybe something upbeat like "In the Summertime". Nothing like a little Mungo Jerry to get you in the mood to put jumper cables on someone's nipple.

I'm glad you are still writing! I haven't talked to you in forever so I didn't know if you were still doing that or what.

Oh yes...Everyday. (I'm actually on my "Lunch break" now actually.) But I don't write for like 6 hours straight anymore, which has been a huge problem for me. I use to write anywhere from 4-6 hours a day, seven days a week. But as of late I can usually only take 2-3 hours per sitting. So I try to take lots of breaks and come back to it often to try to get back to where I was turning out 10-20 pages a day like I use too. That has slowed progress on my book. I had expected to get the pitch out by last X-mas and now it looks more like it'll be this X-mas. Which means I'm a year behind..but really the goals I set early on where rather unrealstic, but I'm still behind reguardless.

Blame Powet.tv and Zac Shipley for posting a link to the "Wayback Machine". I tried pulling up archives from the old EzSphere, but couldn't. So I turned to my homie, Google, and stumbled across that little gem just by typing 'DarthNuriko EzBoard '...

How many pages you have right now?
I don't keep track while I'm writing. Only after I'm done do I use the "Repageinate" function which gives me an page count. The first draft was around 130-140 pages with Times New Roman Font at size point 12 with 1inch margin and single spaced. I cut a lot out and added a lot of other stuff so I expect it to come in around there again...maybe a little more. And then of course when it get's published it'll depend on the font and margins how many pages it'll be in actual book form.

I still have one now that I just save misc crap in, but I didn't realize until Merla told me that no one else can even see it. Frankly, I don't remember a lot of what I posted here over that last year before it went erasies.
